I have a computer with Windows XP and I can connect to Internet but can go no where and get no email in. I have not installed Service pack 2. can any one help me Thank Marilyn

This is usually a Firewall problem. What do you use and have you recently updated it ? A customer of mine recently updated their Norton 2005 and afterwards they too could not get onto the net or e-mail though they could connect fine.
