    1. Outlook Express/Internet Explorer
    2. Hi List, asking for help again. Many thanks for all the help I have received from this list. I have Windows XP SP2 and was using Internet Exp. & Outlook Exp.6 with my prior ISP. Changed to a new ISP (Netzero.com) down loaded from the net (old ISP folded). Their mail is awkward and time consuming to me and I would perfer Internet Exp. to their "Web" to surf the internet. Is there anything that I can do to get back Outlook Express & Internet Explorer? I have clicked/searched and e-mail new server with no luck. Jo/OH

    3. I use NetZero and it does download to my mail program. Click on your NetZero web when you are signed in, go to help. When there copy and paste in this url: http://www.netzero.net/support/email/email-setup-msoex6.html It should take you to the instructions for setting up Outlook Express 6 to receive and send mail. 3. Jo, Best bet is ring your new ISP, they'll "click" you through the steps, & you will have to do some typing ... that's always a pain ! But they'll help far quicker than any of us can. Hey you are paying for their service ... use it.
