Trueman, as well as using AM-Deadlink (as has been recommended), you can also import your IE Favorites into Firefox, and Firefox Bookmarks into IE. Another way of handling bookmarks/favorites is to use PowerMarks. With Powermarks you have no more worrying about creating folders. You just use a simple search screen, similar to Google, to find any bookmark you have saved. Just type in a word or words and it will popup all references in a matter of seconds. It's not freeware but is a great time-saver and worth the money: http://www.kaylon.com/power.html You can also back-up your bookmarks to their website for future retrieval. Lance P. S. I have Favorites under Explorer and Bookmarks under Firefox. So I have two lists, two folders with the same name, different files in each. I seem to be unable. to combine the two. AM-Deadlink does save and does permit searches, a nice feature as you indicate, perhaps not as sophisticated as PowerMarks, but it is there. I haven't experimented enough to talk about all of its options. For a free program it is impressive.
