    3. I'm clueless as to what this is telling me and have no idea if I need to do anything about it. Halp anyone?     3. Sharyn, the LUCOMSERVER 2.6 belongs to the software LiveUpdate by Symantec Corporation (www.symantec.com). So it appears you may have a problem with updating any Symantec product you may have installed. It would be best to check with them. This Symantec site gives you the steps to follow in using LiveUpadte: http://tinyurl.com/2j1s On the other hand, if you DON'T have any Symantec product installed, check to see if you have a pest, which uses that name, installed in your C:\Windows or C:\windows\system32 folders. Look for "LuComServer_2_6.EXE" in either of those folders. If you do find it there, run Adaware, SpyBot or Pest Patrol. Lance P. S. Check out Legacy Family Tree today!
