Sometimes, when I want to "EDIT" a long message, I'll do the hi-lite-copy-paste thing, and send it to MSWord... there I can edit all I want... and print it out from there.... So....could you not put these messages in a folder and then make a CD of it?. Velma --- Sure-but you would need to open the contents of that CD from within AOL in order to read the files you saved there....although it is a bit more complex than that. This is another thing that Sharon once explained on the AOLers list if you want to check in the archives for this topic. It actually depends on the format in which you save the messages in the filing cabinet whether they need to be opened within AOL or not.
