Carrie, I presume you are referring to the arrows on the toolbar in Internet Explorer (you didn't state "where" you were having the problem - always helps :-))? If so, just right click a blank spot on the top toolbar. Select CUSTOMIZE from the context menu. Then look through the available tools on the left. You should see both the "arrows" there. Highlight each in turn and click ADD (in the middle) as you do that for each one. That should return them. If it is not Internet Explorer, this same procedure will work in other applications, too.
