Many > thanks. > Ruth in IN > Ruth , The way I delete read emails and sent emails is .... open sent or read mails you want to delete ... hold down Shift key Hover pointer while holding down left clicker and this will highlight all of them and then click delete .... Actually this method will work for anything you want to highlight and delete . Just like in bodies of e mails that you only want to send or forward parts of it . good luck , hope this works for you ... gerri
