Running windows 98 on a Compaq Computer- Occasionally I am told that I cannot open a file because I do not own it and that I must seek permission from the Administrator or the owner. I would like to know what I have must do in order to obtain permission to open the file in question. - This problem doesn't seem to be confined to any one application. Any explanation as to what is going on certainly would be appreciated. - Grandma Fern
