Pat Pat- You would have to first save your filing cabinet contents to a CD or zip disk or to another compuer or hard drive (some storage medium other than your own computer's hard drive (the one about to be reformatted) and then put the the file back in its correct location after you reinstall AOL on the reformatted hard drive.
