First pf all your personal settings in AOL or in a file called Organize not file cabinet. You should back it up. On your taskbar you will see an aol icon. Right click on it, next click on Systems Information on the bottom. A caution message comes up, read it and click ok, then you will see a couple of options, pick open data file. Now you will have acess to all the versions of AOL you have. The organize file should be visible in the AOL 9 and *s;floders, You can copy and paste it onto your desktop. When you uninstall AOL and reinstall, do the same procedure deleting the new empty organize file, and paste your old one into the space. When I did mine went into the AOL shopping folder, but a day later I saw it was where it belonged. Hope this helpsOne think AOL people have is to go to keywork and type in live help and someone will come on and tell you exactly how to do everything you might need to do. Gigi
