    3. All of a sudden when I point the cursor at an e-mail to delete it, it also deletes the e-mail that is next and unopened. I don't hold the mouse down only a second but it does this, not everytime but often. Any suggestions? I have Outlook Express. Many thanks, Helen

    3. An optical mouse is very sensitive to any small aberrations on the mouse pad. Make sure the surface of your mouse pad is spotless. Small flecks or even a crumb will affect its operation. Also use a cotton bud to clean the "eye" underneath the mouse. Dust and other minute particles can adhere there too. Lance P. S. Check out Legacy Family Tree today!
