Hello Helen: Mouse Clicks: Go to: Start > Control Panel > Mouse (or Printers and Other Hardware, then Mouse) > Choose the "Activities" Tab and go to the "double-Click Speed. You need to make the double click speed slower. You can experiment with the Double-Click speed in the "Test Area". When you are satisfied, just escape out of where you are. I think this will help with your mail deletions.
