I sent this before and I am trying again. Would like to get this installed since I have a friend who sents stuff with this all the time and I can not read them. I am trying to install "MSN Viewer" and it get's part of it installed and then comes up with this error message: "An I/O error occured while installing a file. This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file" Does anyone know what this means and how can I correct it? Thanks for your help.

Hi Bob, The usual cause is a bad download of the install file. Delete the one you've been trying to use and download it again. Don't do anything else on the computer while it's downloading.
