    3. I was adding a new email address to my address book. It went o.k. Later on I went to the address book to send a message and all the addresses are in reverse order from the way they were! Instead of being A - Z the names are listed Z - A. How do I get them back in the correct order? Can't find the answer in my book. TIA Ruth in IN

    3. Ruth, when you have your address book open click next to the NAME heading. You will see a feint arrow head. This indicates the sort order. If you click in that area the sorting will reverse back to A-Z. Click again and it will go back to Z-A. Just note which way the arrow head is pointing - up or down. You can also alter the sorting of the other columns in a similar way. Many programs in Windows have this feature. Lance P. S. Check out Legacy Family Tree today!
