Ruth, Highlight the first one that you want to delete. Scroll down to the last one. Hold down the shift key and click on the last one. It should highlight all of them. Then click delete. Another way is to highlight the 1st one. Then holding down the ctrl key click on each one. Each message clicked on should now be highlighted. Then hit the delete key. Hope this helps a bit.
