    2. I am using Windows ME. The file is for "Zone Alarm" and anti virus program. Zone Alarm told me I needed to get and update. I downloaded the update to my desktop, zlssetup_55, and when I went to install it this is when I was told vsutil.dll was missing. 3. Bob, try the download again. This time however, turn off any download manager you may be running. If you are a Firefox user, I would suggest you use Internet Explorer for the download as Firefox has a download manager. Once you have the new download, turn everything unnecessary off and install it. You should find it works this time. If it doesn't get back to me. The vsutil.dll should be lodged in your [drive]:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\repair folder. You should also have one in C:\Windows\system folder too. Lance P. S.
