I am having trouble getting reports/charts off my PAF5 companion programme. It keeps telling me "PDF-Exchange Driver needed". How do I get PDF installed. I am on Windows XP. Regards - Bette

Try downloading the free Adobe 6.0 it will read PDF's. I also had this problem and I had to uninstall 7 and go back and reinstall 6 in order to open any PDF's-it said my computer system could not carry Adobe 7.0. Helen

Bette, this message occurs when there was a problem with the installation, or sometimes when the operating system is changed and the preview files are not correct for the new system. Try the following solution: Uninstall your current version of PAF Companion using Add/Remove Programs, found in the Control Panel. Install the program again using the CD ROM with all unnecessary programs shut down. Open PAF Companion, and perform a preview. (Try two to test it.)
