    2. The .dll is for zone alarm. They had an update and I downloaded it and when I went to install it that is when it said I had a missing vsutil.dll. I got the missing .dll from Microsoft. I do not know where it belongs. I downloaded it to my desktop and when I went to open it that is when it brought up "Open with". I will have to go back to microsoft and see if they said anything about it. 3. You have a specific program problem. See the forum response at http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board/message?board.id=inst&message.id=28831#M28831 Follow those instructions to validate your Zone Alarm upate. I believe I had a similar problem years and years ago, that it was solved only by an uninstall and then a fresh install of Zone Alarm. Good luck.
