But I can't figure out why what I said won't work. Works here. 1. Go to Google. 2. Click in the place where you enter your search words. A list of previous searches will appear. 3. Click on any you don't want to highlight them. 4, Press the delete key. That should remove the search words. Richard

Control key/H will bring up an index, then right click on those you want to remove, the right click menu will provide a delete option.
