Would SKS tell me just what should be going into the "Links" folder. I usually make a subject folder and add the site I want to bookmark. Am using Windows 98 Thank you Ruth in NJ
The LINKS folder, Ruth contains the "links" which show in LINKS>>> on the top of the Internet Explorer page in the toolbar (just to the right of the "GO" button at the end of the address bar). This is a quick way of accessing frequently used sites. If you have placed any URL's in the LINKS folder, you will see the word "Links" on the toolbar followed by >>>. If the LINKS folder is empty there will be no >>> showing. Just use it for sites you visit regularly as it saves you accessing the FAVORITES and it's multitude of folders and URL's. You add sites to the LINKS folder just like you add them to any other folder in FAVORITES. Lance P. S. Check out Legacy Family Tree today!
