Where you put the transmitter in relationship to the mouse and to other equipment, makes a big difference. I have a cordless mouse and keyboard and a cordless phone system base station - all on my desk. I had to put the mouse-keyboard transmitter on the floor and the phone base station on the far side of the desk before everything worked perfectly. Once in awhile the mouse 'acts up' and I find that the vacuum cleaner, my foot, etc has moved the transmitter. It's really a simple problem to work with. Sharyn
