Floreda, to add or remove headings, just place your cursor in the headings area (above the messages). Right click and from the context menu, select CUSTOMIZE CURRENT VIEW. When that window opens click the top box FIELDS. In that window, you will see a little box at the top showing FREQUENTLY USED FIELDS. Click the little arrow at the right hand end and on the context menu which opens, scroll down to ALL MAIL FIELDS and select it. Now you will see on the right hand side all your current column headings. On the left hand side you will see all the other headings you can add. Scroll to SUBJECT select it and then click ADD (in the middle of the two panes). You will now see SUBJECT at the bottom of the right hand listing. To re-order the columns, you just highlight one of the headings in the list on the right and use the MOVE UP or MOVE DOWN buttons down near the bottom of the listing. When you are satisfied they are as you want them, click OK and when you go back to the main screen, your columns will be as you want them. Just remember, that you can sort your messages by each of those headings, simply by left clicking next to column name. Then you can reverse the order of the messages using that heading by clicking once again.
