Um, Joan, I made a folder, and plan to put "Help" addresses, and Phone numbers for "help" in it..thought it would save on keeping a whole bunch of papers..(named it "help urls - phone nos") What gave me the idea, was the url you posted below... I didn't really need to keep the whole note, just the addy... Would you please tell me how I do that??? I suppose, I'd better put something Like "Help - outlook express" on it, so I know what it's for... I feel like a real dummy, but I'm still a bit foggy on the whole folders-and-files thing... I looked it up in my "Absolute Beginner's Guide to MS Windows XP", but didn't see anything that really applied here... (don't know if this is where this question goes, but the url is here, ....so..)
