Hi listers. I hope someone can help me. My ISP is Road Runner. When I click Reply on an e-mail I received, and get the Reply screen, I can then click my cursor into any spot within that received e-mail, click on a different color, and type my reply within the msg I received. This helps maintain continuity of thought, and cuts down on lots of scrolling up and down to see what comes next, especially if the msg is long. I have friends with different ISPs who can also do this. But my friend that has AOL 9 can't find a way to do it. Other AOL users have told her that it's possible, but can't give her specific instructions. If anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate simple, baby-step instructions.
