    3. Anything is possible- mine didn't work either and turned out the color coding was wrong, and as I recall it's green also. I had to plug it into the one with no color. Look for a same type jack right next to the one you have it plugged into even if it is the wrong color. Some of them say in very tiny lettering audio out, audio in - it should be on the audio out. The fact that I can't find "volume control" has to be related, somehow? Sharyn
