Sharyn, this may not be your problem but I upgraded my Win98se two weeks ago,"new case with 350w power supply for $45. and 80Gig HD for $45.", and amoung other things I ask the tech to check out the sound and fix as needed. He found the sound mech. was accidently grounded and he fixed it for nothing. It works great now. Jack

This has been moved to tomorrow's "to do" list because tech support was so busy the first day after the 3-day holiday.
