Hi Courtney - Thanks for replying but this isn't working - I have clicked and clicked MANY times on the faint arrow and it just keeps jumping between 2 of the names I have in my address book and none of them are in alphabetical order at all now. Thanks anyway for trying to help - anyone else like to take a stab at this? Courtneyu: Don't know what time you sent this (it has just come in here) but I got it sorted out a while ago -it was what you suggested and it worked like a charm. Thanks so much for your help.
