Nancy, why not try an imaging program that is free and easy to use -- IrfanView -- and just do a normal right click at the website and save the image to your desktop, downsize it with IrfanView, and then send the reduced version via email from your desktop? What is the "imaging dingus" that you are now using? I have an HP computer and an HP computer, they both work fine, but I am not using any HP programming dingus for image handling. I use IrfanView.
