When I try to use fire fox mozilla a window opens and says that I need to update my flash player. I have downloaded the latest flash player but fire fox does not recognize that I have downloaded it. What I'm I doing wrong?

The download should automatically run afterwards and tell you part way through that you have to close Firefox before it can continue. Did that happen ?
