When I open a page with Firefox, I get a message "Server cannot be found. Firefox can't find the server at supertoolbar.ask.com". Sometimes, it will then open but sometimes not. I googled it but didn't find a good answer or how to solve it. Thank you for help.

This is apparently a browser re-direct that's not so easy to remove as it hides in the Firefox advanced settings - sneaky !! I did find some instructions about it but to be fair it's pretty deep and probably not required if the following works.... Go to [ Start / All Programs / Firefox ] and click on the 'Firefox Safe Mode' icon. This will ask you if you want to reset to defaults and remove all user settings - this is what you want to do so select yes. It won't delete any bookmarks but will disable any toolbars and also set the home page to defaults too.
