Velma, In OE, a reopened e-mail window remembers its last size. You need to resize your window that views an e-mail. To resize your e-mail window, drag your cursor over the edges of the window until you see the "double arrow" that looks like this: <-> When you see that <->, press on the left mouse button and drag the edge outward or inward to resize the window.
