If you go to control panel and click on printers and faxes.it should show your printer twice. Make sure the default is your printer and not your fax. > > > ________________________________ > From: Barry <barry@yobunny.co.uk> > To: Bill Forshay <senior-newbie@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Thu, December 10, 2009 7:14:01 PM > Subject: Re: [SR-NEWBIE] Officejet J3680 hung in FAX > > Hello Bill, > > Thursday, December 10, 2009, 9:48:14 PM, you wrote: > > BF> I have been trying to print to my Officejet J3680 All-in-one > BF> printer. I went to control panel and clicked on printers. I have a HP Officejet 3600 series with a check mark and a HP Officejet 3600 series fax. I assume the check mark is the default. What is this 'faxes.it'. Is it w web site, if it is I went to it and it is a foreign language. Hi: I want to thank you all for your help. I don't know what I did but it is working now. I just printed 6 pages of a report. But it still says FAX in the printer window.
