Rana, It appears that Courtney has nailed the problem. It seems you have downloaded Gmail's thumbnail of the letter image, rather than downloaded the actual file. I experimented and did a "save" on the thumbnail and wound up with a little 6KB file, rather than the actual 254KB file. Courtney provides the correct download procedure.
