Joan, I am self taught at the computer and unfortunately most of the time I don't know how to ask the question. But the widow that flashes ever so often giving me the message is a Microsoft window but it does not stay on long enough for me to really read it. However, it surely would make sense that my problem is with Microsoft outlook.
