It has been gently pointed-out to me that my last letter referred to a Win98SE operating system, whereas my earlier inquiry was regarding WinME. WinME is the correct OS. My "main" computer uses Win98SE (and I'm seriously thinking about "upgrading" the WinME on the problem computer to Win98SE). Sorry for the confusion. I understand that there are few differences between these two operating systems, however.
