I hope my subject line adequately expresses my problem. When I am on a web site, any web site, and there is posted an email address for further information; to order an item, etc., I am immediately sent to gmail. The gmail site I am referred to has no address on it, just the normal log-in information. How do I get back to the place I used to be whereby I could click on the web page's posted email address and arrive at the sought destination? I use Mozilla most of the time with IE tabs; rarely do I use IE excepting the tabs on Mozilla. I use those tabs only because some research sites require IE. Windows XPpro. SP2 I sincerely hope some knowledgeable person will be able to help with this problem. TIA Rana

Usually clicking on an e-mail link will open up the default e-mail program, which appears to be G-Mail on your system so have you signed up for a G-Mail account ? If you sign in you should find a new e-mail with that address already input for you to create the request. You can always Right Click on an e-mail link and then select 'Copy Address' then start your normal e-mail program and paste the address into the address bar on a new mail. Little more convoluted but easy enough once you get used to it :-) -- Best regards, Barry mailto:barry@yobunny.co.uk MicroSoft Free Zone running Ubuntu 9.04 'Jaunty'
