All DVD players are not created equal, especially if it's an older one. We have 3 of them, two will play .jpg pictures, one will not. But it will pay a disk that has a .dvd file on it. Check the owners manual to see what it will play (sometimes it's shown on the front of the DVD player also) So it depends on what format the files on the disk are in. For instance, we have a back up disk that just has the actual .jpg files on it. That will play on two of our DVD machines. The other one won't play pictures unless the pictures were made into a slide show type of thing, meaning a xxx.dvd file on the disk What program are you using to make them ?
