    3. Hello John, Wednesday, August 19, 2009, 4:07:17 PM, you wrote: JaD> I was using mozilla firefox 3.0 and then I updated to the latest JaD> version, now it crashes when ever I try to use it. Any JaD> suggestions on what I can do at this point? Start Firefox in Safe Mode by going to [ Start / All Programs / Firefox ] for the link. When it opens it will ask if you want to disable all add-ons and plugins, this is what you need to do as it will be one or more of these that's causing the problem. When you get a successful start in Safe Mode, close Firefox and start in the normal way. It'll probably be OK and you can add back those plugins again :-) There are some bugs in version 3.5 and many users are finding it to be a little flaky so if you still can't get it to work then remove it and go back to the 3.0.13 version which you can download from .. ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.0.13/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%203.0.13.exe -- Best regards, Barry mailto:barry@yobunny.co.uk MicroSoft Free Zone running Ubuntu 9.04 'Jaunty'
