I just installed Adobe Reader and am trying to download a printable PDF version of a statement from a Department Store online but after a couple of minutes of doing nothing the done message showes up in the lower left corner of the screen. I have tried it with both Firefox and IE with the same results. I have been using Foxit Reader,but I would get an error message every time I tried to download the PDF statement, so I uninstalled it and installed Adobe Reader. Can someone tell me how to get Firefox and IE to reconize Adobe Reader as the default PDF Reader? Lloyd
