What do you do when a Dell 2358 computer's CD drawer will not open to remove a CD? The error message says: ? Unable to lock the volume. (0x80000012) Explorer or another program is currently copying or accessing files on the CD. You must wait for the copying to finish or close all programs that are accessing the CD." I downloaded a PDF file, which opened correctly on the CD. Closed it. Waited overnight. All other programs are closed. CD drawer will still not open. Tried a paper clip end in the small hole by the drawer, but it releases nothing. Any suggestions? thanks, Jan
