re: email messages back to the IN folder. I am using gmail. Across the top of gmail are several slots...archive, report spam, delete, move to, LABELS, more actions... I label everything that I wish to keep. An example is GENEALOGY. So all my emails that appear to be related to genealogy is automatically labeled genealogy. Another label is 'howto-Geek. It makes it easier to know which are the emails to read first. Does this help? Bev Carlson of Minnesota On Sat, Nov 13, 2010 at 2:02 AM, <[email protected]> wrote: > > Today's Topics: > > 1. I have these go to folders so that when I am out of town my IN box doesn't get filled up. Sometimes I want to move one Back to the IN box, and can't figure out how to do that--i.e., I want them to come in permanently to the IN box now. In Outlook Express, when I go through the same steps that I did to get it into the folder in the first place, I am not allowed to do the final Click to make that happen. I go to Messages, Create Message Rules, Where the From Line Contains, Move to Specified Folder...................but am not allowed to click OK. Can anyone tell me how to get the emails back to the In box? Thanks! Nancy
