Using Windows XP home sp3 and MS Office 2000. When I click on Start at the bottom left, a list of things opens. One of them is Documents. Clicking on that opens a list of about 20 of the last documents I have opened. Sometimes there are things in there that I don't want to keep - such as the index on a CD, or something I just looked at out of curiosity. Is there a way to remove them from that list? Is there a way to keep a document on that list even though it is not one of the last 20 documents I have opened? The documents are in alphabetical order so I don't know where the documents are by age. Nancy in Louisiana
