Yesterday, installed Dragon v10 with no problem. Today, whenever one of us turns on new computer a message appears from Dragon Naturally Speaking: "Cannot find multimedia device. Check to see if your computer has a sound card or if the multimedia wave-in component is missing from the sound card". We play videos, watch movies, hear music using this computer, so it seems we must have sound card; however, when I typed into search: wave-in component, a barrage of places showed up that we should search with advanced search skills (advanced users). Those kinds of skills we do not have. Please advise? OS: Windows7 Home Premium TIA Rick Powell

It appears that you need version 10.1 or 11 for Window 7 but the licence key for 10.0 should work with 10.1 - there's a download link for 10.1 on the page below ... http://nuance.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5775 Also shows that version 10.0 is not supported and probably why it doesn't work correctly. -- Best regards, Barry mailto:[email protected] MicroSoft Free Zone running Ubuntu 10.04 'Lucid' 64bit
