re: program conflicts & zone alarm I was having problems & the computer guru genius told me it was zone alarm. Also my cable man that had to reset something, told me the same thing. So I deleted it. I still have Windows 2000. However, my husband has it on his computer, Windows XP & doesn't have any problems, of course he only goes online once a week to read his three emails.
