I have two problems. I have used a program for over two years called New Family Search for genealogy. Then suddenly for no reason I know of when I click to open it I get a window saying my resolution on the monitor is not compatible. I can click it and go on but it just adds one more click. I have reset the resolution to every setting available and nothing changes. Second problem the little icon that used to be down on the bottom right hand side to set the volume up or down just disappeared one day. then came back a few days later. I did nothing to change it that I know off. It then disappeared again and I can not find it. I have looked every place I can think of. I know just enough about a computer to be dangerous. I used that to reset the volume often so I miss it. I still have some volume but can't change it so easy now. I wondered if it some how got turned off. Can any one help? Thanks in advance.
