I have been trying to save some photos from a web site to my computer. They are jpg files but when I click "save as", I get only the choices "art" and "bmp". I click "bmp", but then when I try to open them in Irfan, it says that they are "art" extensions and Irfan cannot read them. How does jpg extensions change to art and how can I save or convert them as jpg files? Or how can I download as bmp so I can convert them to jpg? Thanks very much.
