All of a sudden (which is the way most problems happen, I suppose!), our printer will not work. After looking at all sorts of Help on the problem, we uninstalled this printer, and installed another one. Same thing, won't print, but the computer recognizes that the printer is there; but when we try to print a page, we get a message saying "This document failed to print", with lots of other letters and numbers, but they disappear before I can write them down. We have tried printing emails, Word pages, web pages, and always get the same message, This is probably too complicated to get an answer on the list, but just in case it is a teeny tiny button we forgot to click (please God), I'm putting it out there.......
