Hi Joan, Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, I did that but it wouldn't bring up my email box. I just went to my email box then and typed in the URL which then worked. I trhink I have messed up my browser or something as I haven't had the problem before. Earlier I downloaded Word 10 and I think I may have done something with Outlook Express on that programme. I have now uninstalled it but still not working. Also, I no longer have the list of recent web pages I have used. I do appreciate your reply.
