Rana, Another consideration for those who may not have any version of Word is to save the file in RTF format. That will open in anyone's word processor. Another universal format is PDF. If you later send it to someone who doesn't have the most recent version of Word you can always do a "save as" and create a new file that is compliant with earlier Word versions (.doc format).
