Facebook does have its disadvantages and advantages. I find the "apps" games people play particularly annoying. For getting out of Facebook, I finally found two keywords to quit. Go to "Help" and enter "deactivation". That gives the "how-to" for both "deactivation" and "deletion". What you want is "deletion" rather than "deactivation". I also quickly learned that all of those many people that invited you to be their friend -- didn't. That's a Facebook trick. Facebook goes through your address book and looks for matching e-mail addresses, and then the people in your address book that are Facebook members supposedly "invite" you to be their friend. I have several e-mail addresses, and "somehow" I invited myself to be my friend. I declined. I find Facebook is not what I want, or else I don't know how to use it, but either way, I would like to remove us from Facebook, but find no provisions for so doing. Is there someone on this list who can tell either instruct me or direct me to a site for removing all our information from Facebook? Both of us thank you for time and help. Rana and Rick
